This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from College Station-Bryan here. Going for a hike on the Lake Somerville Trailway is always a magnificent adventure, as expected you could also have a look at Garwood Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Dry       warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn - Somerville; Lake Somerville-Birch State Park is a pleasant local campground. Summertime at Lake Woodrow comes with high temperatures in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Lake Woodrow. Playing golf is lots of fun at Copperas Hollow Country Club, and there's whitewater on Brazos                  River for all you adrenaline junkies.
