A beautiful lake like Huntsville State Park Lake next to Lake Raven is a splendid place to stop at, and an afternoon playing golf at Raven Nest Golf Club is always a joy. On a fine day at Lake Raven you can take a hike along the Huntsville State Park Trail, and don't forget to take a great little tour to Alligator Branch. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Lake Raven, and the overnight is a bit colder of course, generally       in the 70's. For the period of the winter highs are mostly in the 60's with temperatures at Lake Raven dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Yeah, come here to Lake Raven for a perfect time. Here at Lake Raven there are plenty of folks from Huntsville, and why not camp at Camp Coyote if you're here at Lake Raven. The Green Loop Trail is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Lake Raven, and you can take a little journey to Huntsville State Park                  Dam since you're here at Lake Raven. This lake is so wonderful. You'll come across a gorgeous lake called Stewart Lake near Lake Raven, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Lone Star Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
