Summer at Lake Placid arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 70's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 50's; nighttime lows at Lake Placid during the wintertime ordinarily plunge into the 30's. Lake Placid gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; through the month of       May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is August. A lake close by is Club Thirteen Lake. Lots of people from Tyler come to Lake Placid, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Lake Placid Dam. Lake Placid is not the only place close by, Tom Clay Lake is a close by lake, and if you came to camp Noonday RV Park is a nice location to do that. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining                  stuff at Lake Placid. Don't forget to take a pleasant little visit to Taylor Creek, and the Tyler State Park Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful.
