Lake Old Ingram is a good location of normal precipitation; throughout May this area sees the most rain, and December on the other hand is the driest. Going for a hike on the Kerr Wildlife Management Area Trail is always a fine adventure. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Old Ingram has to offer, you can camp at Ingram Lake RV Park.
