If you need a spot to stay Inn of the Hills Resort and Conference Center is a perfect choice, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Dam J Lake. local campground; not far from Lake New Ingram you'll stumble on Lake Old Ingram which is a scenic lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lake New Ingram is right by the Kerr Wildlife Management Area Trail, and Comfort Inn Kerrville is a wonderful spot to get some rest.

Kerr Wildlife Management Area Trail
 | 16 miles away We have had several disappointed visitors show up at the Kerr WMA due to this website. To be clear, the Kerr WMA is a research and demonstration site owned by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. It is not a state park and we do not have all the amenities of such. There is no overnight camping allowed and hiking is limited to one existing trail and paved roads due to on-going research on native and endangered species. Visitors are welcome to drive the main road and bathrooms are available.... |
