Get       yourself into a kayak and hit Trinity River - West Fork, and you can take a little journey to Lake Montex Dam if you're here at Lake Montex. This is a good region for people who like lakes. Petitfils Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and Lake Montex is right by the Benbrook Lake Trail. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Lake Montex is unbeatable! Camping at Big Bend Motor Inn and RV Campground is always a wonderful experience, and you'll most likely                  meet some people from Granbury here. Hiking along the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge Trails is splendid fun, and perhaps you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Mullet is just a very short distance away.
