Lake Ione sees pretty high levels of precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is August. So many cool things to do here at Lake Ione, too perfect to be true. This lake is so wonderful. Cypress Creek Country Club is a fine golf course close by; if you came for an overnight stay Cypress Springs Marina and Resort is a good spot to camp. You can take a little spree       to Lake Ione Dam while you're here at Lake Ione; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Mt. Pleasant. During the summer months at Lake Ione highs are mostly in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Lake Ione. The Lake Bob Sandlin State Park Trail offers hiking at its best, and why not camp at Harris RV while you're here at Lake Ione. Mt.
