You can take a little visit to Lake Greenbriar Dam if you're here at Lake Greenbriar; Kee Branch is right next door to Lake Greenbriar and is always a delight to check out. Lake Greenbriar gets a normal amount of rain; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to bump into some cheerful folks from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington here. This       lake is so wonderful. A brilliant nearby hotel is Arlington-Days Inn, and going for a hike on the Mountain Creek Lake Park Trail is always a great adventure. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Lake Greenbriar. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 50's while Lake Greenbriar night low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. A splendid location for whitewater                  paddling in close proximity to Lake Greenbriar is Trinity River - Clear Fork, and why not camp at Lakeview Mobile Home Cmnty while you're here at Lake Greenbriar. Arlington East is a magnificent site to get some rest; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Johnson Creek. So much amusing stuff right next door to Lake Greenbriar, just mind-boggling. There is a glorious hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lake Greenbriar called the Loyd Park Trail, and if you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Tierra Verde Golf Course.
