Many people like to go to Lake Arlington. Not far from Lake Arlington you acquire some great water scenery at Arlington Dam, and whitewater paddling is great on Johnson Creek. The friendly folks of Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington like to hang out nearby, and paddling on Trinity River - Clear Fork is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Lake Arlington you can take a hike along the Loyd Park Trail, and after a long day outdoors Forest Hill/Fort Worth Area is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two.
