Knapp Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Near Knapp Lake you locate a golf course called Iron Horse Golf Course, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Suites North is a great site to spend a night or two. At Knapp Lake you always meet someone from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington. You could also go to Western Company Training Lagoon if you're here at Knapp Lake; it's close by, and you can stay the night

| | at Lakeview Mobile Home Cmnty. Go for a hike on the Knob Hills Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Trinity River - West Fork. All the outdoors exciting things right next door to Knapp Lake will keep you coming back many times. at Super 8 Motel - North Fort Worth, and as expected Whites Branch flows through this area. This lake is so wonderful. There are great locations to discover along the Walnut Grove Trail; Knapp Lake is not the only place close by,
Meadows Lakes East Lake is a close by lake. From a rainfall point of view Knapp Lake is a quite normal place; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest month of the year is January. There are some brilliant whitewater
spots on Trinity River - Clear Fork, and Knapp Lake is a good site to visit for more than one day, Fort Worth Midtown RV Park is a good site to camp nearby.
