This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to encounter some smiling folks from Waco here; there are great locations to look at along the Cameron Park       Hike and Bike Trail. You can run the rapids of Tonkawa Creek close to John M Brinegar Reservoir; going for a hike on the Miller Springs Nature Center Trail is always a tremendous adventure. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at John M Brinegar Reservoir. There's whitewater on Middle Bosque River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; a round of golf at nearby Greenbrier Golf Club is a good way to kill some time.
