Take a hike on the Longhorn Cavern State Park Trail, and Colorado River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. Hiking along the Cedar Point Recreation Area Trail is perfect fun; everyone loves Hoovers Valley. Enjoy a round of golf at Ink's Lake Golf Course not far from Inks Lake, and why not stop at Roy Inks Dam since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Sandy Creek is so much fun.

at Clear Creek; after a long day outdoors Lake LBJ Motel is a great place to spend a night or two. Throughout the summertime months at Inks Lake highs are mostly in the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down
into the 70's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 50's while Inks Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 30's. Hill Country Lodge & Mini Stge. is a splendid site to get some rest, and camping is available at Edgewater-cottages and RV Park.
