It's always fun to stop by Hadfield Lake. Summertime highs at Hadfield Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. All through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Hadfield Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hadfield Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Skyline Ranch RV Park is a great place for that, and there's some flowing water close by, Elm Creek is a stream you can go to while you're here. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great planet it would be. hike on the Hill Country State Natural Area Trail is always a splendid adventure, and why not go to Hadfield Lake Dam if you're here. From a precipitation point of view Hadfield Lake is a rather normal spot; the month of May is
the wettest with most of the rain, and December is the month with the least moisture. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Hadfield Lake has to offer, you can camp at Las Aves, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Verde Creek.
