After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Kerrville is a great place to spend a night or two; you can stay the night at Skyline Ranch RV Park. Hadfield Lake gets a common amount of annual rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and December meanwhile is the driest month. While you're here at Hadfield Lake, you could also stop by lovely Gallant Lake; Las Aves is a good campground       nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Verde Creek, and a delightful nearby hotel is Inn of the Hills Resort and Conference Center. At Hadfield Lake through the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Hadfield Lake tend to be in the 20's. At Hadfield Lake you always meet someone from Kerrville, and                  nearby you come across the Hill Country State Natural Area Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. If only every site had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great globe it would be. Do pop by Hadfield Lake Dam if you're here at Hadfield Lake, and there's some flowing water close by, Elm Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here. This lake is so wonderful.
