Glory Hole gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May; December on the other hand is the driest. At Glory Hole during the summertime months highs are in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 70's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally       in the 50's; nighttime lows during the wintertime for Glory Hole tend to be in the 30's. This is a good region for folks who like lakes. Old Pond is a lake around here, and a short journey to Parker Springs is always worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Texas Hills RV Haven is always a perfect experience, and some of the water close by flows, like Bee Cave Creek. So much amusing stuff to do here at Glory Hole, too glorious to be true. Nearby                  lakes? Sure, Indian Water Hole is close to Glory Hole, and a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is Colorado River. If you came to camp Colorado Bend State Park is a great location to do that, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Llano is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There are magnificent sites to look at along the Cedar Point Recreation Area Trail, and nearby you hit upon the Colorado Bend State Park Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail.
