There are some glorious whitewater spots on Cherokee Creek; a short trip to Parker Springs is always worthwhile. The yearly rain here at Glory Hole is about average; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is December. This place, Glory Hole, it just has so much outdoors fun stuff. While you're here at Glory Hole you can take a hike along the Cedar Point Recreation Area Trail, and why not a little       side trip to Bee Cave Creek. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Colorado River; going for a hike along the Canyon of the Eagles Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. For the period of the months of summer at Glory Hole highs are frequently in the 90's while night lows are commonly in the 70's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 50's; through the dark hours in the                  wintertime at Glory Hole temperatures plunge to the 30's. After a long day outdoors L & L Motel is a great location to spend a night or two, and if you want to go to some interesting stuff, go to McAnelly Bend. Hiking along the Colorado Bend State Park Trail is nice fun; at Glory Hole you can distinguish Round Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Hill Country Inn is a good location to get some rest, and you can stay the night at Colorado Bend State Park. This lake is so wonderful.
