Flat Lake is not far at all from Victoria. Best Western Refugio Inn is a glorious place to get some rest; if you came to camp Coleto Creek Reservoir and Park is a pleasant location to do that. At Flat Lake during the summer highs are in the 90's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, typically in the 70's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 60's; nighttime lows at Flat Lake       through the wintertime generally drop into the 40's. An average amount of precipitation falls at Flat Lake; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain while March is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
