During the warm months at Fern Lake temperatures are regularly in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 70's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Fern Lake dip into the 30's. Fern Lake is close to Lake Fern Dam which is a beautiful location definitely worth visiting, and if you need a site to stay Motel 6 is a nice choice. There are plenty of folks       from Marshall here at Fern Lake, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MARSHALL is a good place to spend a night or two. A large amount of rain falls at Fern Lake; most of the rain falls all through May; August meanwhile is the driest month. And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun things just keep reading. Camping is available at Country Pines RV Park. An afternoon playing golf at Oak Lawn Golf Course is always a pleasure;                  don't leave Fern Lake without first going for a hike along the Caddo Lake State Park Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lazy J Trailer Park while you're here at Fern Lake.
