Fair Lake gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month of the year is January. On a pleasant day at Fair Lake you can take a hike along the Jordon Park Trail, and Ray Roberts State Park is a pleasant local campground. SUPER 8 MOTEL - GAINESVILLE, TX is a pleasant place to get some rest, and Fair Lake is a magnificent location to visit for more than one day,       Lone Oak Recreational Vehicle Park is a magnificent location to camp nearby. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are in fact plentiful here at Fair Lake. Some close by water includes Buck Creek. Near Fair Lake you discover the Ray Roberts Greenbelt Corridor Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and if you need a site to stay Valley View Inn and Suites is a splendid choice. High temperatures at Fair Lake throughout the summer months are in the 90's. Once                  the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's while Fair Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
