From a rain point of view Evans Lake is a pretty common place; most of the rain falls throughout May; July is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Evans Lake throughout the warm months are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the       70's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Evans Lake are in the 30's. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Palestine is a great spot to spend a night or two, and if you came to camp Hilltop Mobile Home Park is a brilliant site to do that. You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Snag Lake near Evans Lake, and as expected Spring Creek is a pretty stream that is worth visiting.
