Elbow Lake is a place with many visitors from Mount Pleasant; a perfect close by hotel is La Quinta Inn and Suites Mt Pleasant. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Elbow Lake. All through the summertime months, highs generally are in the 90's at Elbow Lake, and during       the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are typically in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Elbow Lake. Elbow Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is May; August is the month with the least moisture. If you get bored of Elbow Lake, you could also visit nearby Brushy Lake, and camping is available at Camp Langston. This lake is so wonderful.
