Dingle Lake Number 1 is a nice lake to visit. During the summer months highs here at Dingle Lake Number 1 reach the 90's, and the nighttime is quite cooler of course, typically in the 70's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 60's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Dingle Lake Number 1 temperatures descend to the 40's. Camping at Rivers Inn Country Villas and RV Park is always a fine experience, and Garrett Dam has good water scenery.

| | Lakes? Sure, Dingle Lake Number 2 is in close proximity, and if you need a spot to stay Springhill Suites By Marriott is a splendid choice. Dingle Lake Number 1 is a wet site that gets lots of precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is March. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Almost Heaven RV Resort is a great spot to do that; a great nearby hotel is Best Value Inn And Suites-Alvin/Houston.
