High temperatures at Clark Lake all through the summer are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 70's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 50's; during the dark hours in the winter at Clark Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's. Here at Clark Lake there are plenty of people from Brenham, and Clark Bottom is an exciting place to explore while at Clark Lake. If you need a spot to stay SUPER 8 MOTEL -       HEMPSTEAD is a magnificent choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Washington-On-The-Brazos is a great spot to camp. So many amusing things close to Clark Lake, clearly tremendous. Super 8 Motel is a perfect site to get some rest, and there's whitewater on Brazos River for all you adrenaline kick people. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Doe Run is a stream you can take a look at while you're here, and for you golfers                  we recommend close by Fox Creek Golf Course. Go for a hike on the Washington - on - the - Brazos State Historic Site Trail, and camping is available at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp.
