Through the warm days of summer at City Lakes temperatures are mostly in the 90's while night lows are regularly in the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's while City Lakes night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at City Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Cooper Lake-Doctors       Creek is a pleasant place for that, and Delta Country Club is a golf course close by. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at City Lakes. City Lakes is not the only site close by, City Lake Number 1 is a close by lake. If you need a spot to stay Johnscreek Lodge is a wonderful choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything City Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Cooper Lake -South Sulphur. During your trip to City Lakes you'll meet some                  folks from Sulphur Springs for sure; City Lakes is right by the Cooper Lake State Parks Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes City Lakes a wet spot; most of the rain falls through May, and August is the month with the least moisture.
