Cheosa Waterhole is pretty dry generally; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most; March meanwhile is the driest month. There is a magnificent hiking trail next to Cheosa Waterhole called the White Trail, and Cheosa Waterhole is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Terlingua Oasis RV Park is a glorious local campground. The warmest time of the year at Cheosa Waterhole       comes with high temperatures in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 60's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Cheosa Waterhole. Going for a hike on the Terlingua Trail is always a perfect adventure; you can go for a hike on the Agua Fria Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. This lake is so wonderful.
