This lake is so wonderful. From Chambers Lake you obtain a fine panorama of Shepard Hill; a great nearby hotel is Best Western Willis. Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Chambers Lake. Lots of folks from Huntsville come to Chambers Lake, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Stubblefield Lake Trail. Camping at Thousand Trails Lake Conroe is always       a pleasant experience, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Sweetleaf Nature Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Chambers Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Omega Farms RV Park is a splendid local campground. High temperatures at Chambers Lake throughout the long summer days are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 60's with temperatures at Chambers Lake dipping                  down into the 30's throughout winter nights. Landing At Seven Cove (Vri) is a good place to get some rest, and delightful water scenery is available at Chambers Lake Dam in the neighborhood of Chambers Lake. Chambers Lake is a reasonably wet place frequently with much rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Do explore Lake Ann right next door to Chambers Lake, it's a charming lake, and there's some flowing water close by, Chambers Creek is a stream you can explore while here.
