After a long day outdoors Best Western Sunday House Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and a glorious site nearby is Cottonwood Hollow. This site is excellent, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the neighborhood of Center Point Lake. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Guadalupe River, and there are       plenty of folks from Kerrville here at Center Point Lake. A magnificent sight of wonderful Twin Sisters is available from Center Point Lake, and Texas Lions Camp is a tremendous local campground. Through the months of summer highs here at Center Point Lake reach the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Center Point Lake are                  in the 30's. Dam C Lake is a tremendous lake near Center Point Lake, and of course Steel Creek is a charming stream that is worth visiting. Center Point Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls during May, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kerrville, Tx; you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Lady Bird Johnson Park Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm spots, why not stop at Tuck Lake near Center Point Lake, and why not camp at Silver Hills Mobile Home Park since you're here at Center Point Lake.
