The beauty of Cedar Lake is reason enough to stop by. All through the warm days of summer at Cedar Lake temperatures are mostly in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 60's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Cedar Lake. Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ingram Lake RV Park is a splendid spot for that. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. Cedar Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore; Ellebracht Springs is an inspiring location to go to while you're here.

 | 11 miles away We have had several disappointed visitors show up at the Kerr WMA due to this website. To be clear, the Kerr WMA is a research and demonstration site owned by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. It is not a state park and we do not have all the amenities of such. There is no overnight camping allowed and hiking is limited to one existing trail and paved roads due to on-going research on native and endangered species. Visitors are welcome to drive the main road and bathrooms are available.... |
