Thousand Trails LP is a delightful local campground, and paddling on Spring Creek River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Caldwell Lake is right by the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve Trail, and do take a hike on the Bob Woodruff Trail. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Ray Roberts Greenbelt Corridor Trail. High temperatures at Caldwell Lake during the summer are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 70's. For the period of the wintertime

| | the highs are usually in the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Caldwell Lake. Just can't get enough of Caldwell Lake. You're sure to bump into some fine folks from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington here; there are other places here than Caldwell Lake, for example T P and L Lake. Don't forget to take a great little journey to Parvin Branch, and if you're here you can play some golf at Stewart Peninsula Golf Course. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday | |

Inn Express Hotel & Suites FRISCO, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Furneaux Creek. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites At Frisco Square/Pizza Hut Park is a good spot to spend a night or two; delightful water scenery
is available at Caldwell Dam right next door to Caldwell Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Vial Lake is a wonderful lake in the neighborhood of Caldwell Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Hall's RV Park is a wonderful site
to camp. Caldwell Lake is a good location of normal precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May, and December meanwhile is the driest month.

 | 15 miles away Take springcreek from jupiter and keep going till it merges with rowlett creek and get out at rowlett rd. This entire stretch of water is best after rainstorms. Some areas have high speed runs and have great rapids. Go prepared you will get wet.... |
