Not far from Bullman Pond, you'll hit upon Faulkner Pond which is a wonderful lake, and people from Granbury love to come here. Paluxy River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby; a quick visit to East Branch Wolf Creek is definitely a great idea. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Bullman Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 70's. For the duration       of the winter highs are in the 50's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bullman Pond dip into the 30's. Bullman Pond is a good site of typical rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and December on the other hand is the driest. Bullman Pond Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Dinosaur Valley State Park Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort                  Inn Granbury.
