Bright Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; May is the wettest month with most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on White Rock Creek. There's so much to do here at Bright Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sandy Lake RV Park is a great spot for that. Just can't get enough of Bright Lake. Take a hike on the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve Trail,                  and do take a look at Columbian Club Lake, it's a lovely lake. You're sure to bump into some wonderful people from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington here, and if you came to camp Lewisville Mobile Home Park is a great spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Coyote Ridge Golf Club; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Elm Fork Nature Preserve Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Bright Lake Dam is charming and it's near Bright Lake.
