There's so much to do here at Boles Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Collin Park RV Resort and Marina is a good place for that. Boles Lake is a good place of normal rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Boles Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mc Elroy Mobile Home Park. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ROCKWALL, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rowlett Creek. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Greenes Lake is a lake close by, and Buffalo Creek Golf Club is a perfect golf course close by. High temperatures at Boles Lake through the summertime are in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 70's.
