Big Boggy Creek is a tremendous local stream, and dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Bay City. During the summer months, highs mostly are in the 90's at Boggy Lake. During the dark hours of summer temperatures       descend down into the 70's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 60's, and nighttime lows at Boggy Lake throughout the winter mostly drop into the 40's. A great location to camp here at Boggy Lake is Lighthouse Landing RV Park, and camping at Matagorda Bay RV Park is always a good experience. This lake is so wonderful.
