Canton I 20 Recreational Vehicle Park is a nice campground nearby, and Super 8 Canton is a magnificent place to get some rest. For the period of the warmest       time of the year at Bobbitt Lake temperatures are mostly in the 90's while overnight lows are generally in the 70's. All through the winter highs are commonly in the 50's, and overnight lows at Bobbitt Lake through the wintertime commonly sink into the 30's. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Bobbitt Lake. Going for a hike along the Purtis Creek State Park Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and if you're here                  you can take a hike along the Lake Tawakoni State Park Trail. The high level of rain makes Bobbitt Lake a reasonably wet place; during May this area sees the most rain while August is mostly the driest month.
