There are plenty of folks from Granbury here at Arena Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Dinosaur Valley State Park Trail. All through the months of summer highs here at Arena Lake get into the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are typically in the 50's, and overnight lows at Arena Lake through the wintertime commonly sink into the 30's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone

While you're here at Arena Lake, you could also check out stunning Twin Arena Lake, and why not a little side tour to Flag Branch. This lake is so wonderful. a great earth it would be. If you come at the right time of year, Paluxy River offers some wonderful whitewater, also Arena Lake Dam is worth visiting since you're here.
An average amount of rain falls at Arena Lake; of all the
months in a year May is the one with the most rain while December is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you need a location to stay La Quinta Inn and Suites Glen Rose is a great choice, and Canyon Lake is a nearby
lake that you could visit. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GLEN ROSE. There's so much to do here at Arena Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Oakdale Camp N Fish is a wonderful site for that.
