Allison Lake is a rather wet place typically with much rainfall; all through the month of May you get the most rain around here, and August on the other hand is the driest. Brush Creek is close to Allison Lake and is always a delight to stop by, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Martin Dies State Park Trail. A lake nearby       is Birdwell Lake. At Allison Lake all through the months of summer highs are in the 90's, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, generally in the 70's.
