The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and overnight lows at Allison Lake through the winter typically descend       into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Clearview Store and Marina is a delightful local campground; a round of golf at nearby Oak Trail Golf Course is a pleasant way to kill some time. There are plenty of people from Corsicana here at Allison Lake, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CORSICANA I-45 is a nice location to spend a night or two. If you need a place to stay La Quinta Inn & Suites Corsicana is a great choice, and                  you don’t have to go far from Allison Lake to catch a glimpse of the water at Allison Lake Dam. Allison Lake is a good place of common precipitation; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
