The Great Smoky Mountains scenery is always beautiful. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Yeller Nugget Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Yeller Nugget Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. A large amount of precipitation falls at Yeller Nugget Lake; of all the months       in a year March is the one with the most rain, and October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Yeller Nugget Lake is right by the Unicoi Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll locate a scenic lake called Sanford Gray Lake Number One near Yeller Nugget Lake, and Tellico Plains Koa is a good local campground. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do in the Great Smoky Mountains. A gorgeous lake like Witts Pond close                  to Yeller Nugget Lake is a delightful location to check out, and float down the rapids of Coker Creek in a kayak. You clearly should adore the Great Smoky Mountains. Alvin Branch is a picturesque stream that is worth visiting, and Cooper Flat is a wonderful spot here at Yeller Nugget Lake. You'll meet a lot of people from Athens here, and Yeller Nugget Lake Dam is pretty. What a site this is for outdoors folks. The Conasauga Falls Trail offers hiking at its best; if you come at the right time of year, Hiwassee River offers some fine whitewater.
