Since you're here at Whiteoak Lake why not visit Bethel Valley, and Whiteoak Lake is a spot with many visitors from Harriman. Whiteoak Lake is a wet place that gets a great deal of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is frequently March, that's the one that rains the most while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Crooked Fork Creek has       a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and at Whiteoak Dam in the vicinity of Whiteoak Lake there are some attention-grabbing things to see. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Emory River. Summertime highs at Whiteoak Lake usually tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures                  at Whiteoak Lake fall into the 20's. It's a wonderful idea to visit Grubb Creek, it's near Whiteoak Lake, and as expected, this is a splendid neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Melton Hill Lake is a lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect location to camp here at Whiteoak Lake is The Crosseyed Cricket, and dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Lenoir City. A tour to Obed Wild & Scenic River is worthwhile, and camping at Soaring Eagle Campground and RV is always a fine experience. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Whiteoak Lake has it all. If you're here at Whiteoak Lake and you like golf, you can take a look at South Hills Golf Club, and if you need a location to stay Ramada Limited is a great choice.
