Man, is there plenty of fun things to do right next door to Waters Estate Lake. The snow is good at Ober Gatlinburg. There is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Waters Estate Lake called the       Sugarland Mountain Trail, and why not camp at River Plantation RV Park since you're here at Waters Estate Lake. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Waters Estate Lake you can take a hike along the Cove Mountain Trail, and Parkway Overnight Camping is a wonderful local campground. Don't miss out on a tour to Great Smoky Mountains National Park since you're here at Waters Estate Lake, and a lake nearby is Hidden Mountain Lake Number One. Econo Lodge                  Sevierville is a great site to get some rest, and Cove Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. Summertime highs at Waters Estate Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Waters Estate Lake. On a magnificent day at Waters Estate Lake you can take a hike along the Laurel Falls Trail; playing golf is lots of fun at Eagle's Landing Golf Course. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. A good close by hotel is Quality Inn & Suites River Suites; you don’t have to go far from Waters Estate Lake to observe the water at Waters Estate Dam. Waters Estate Lake is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.
