Waller Pond is a nice lake to visit. Waller Pond commonly gets a great deal of rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; October on the other hand is the driest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the area near Waller Pond has to offer. The Clark Creek Trail is a good hiking trail right next door to Waller Pond, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Nolichucky River. Summertime highs

is fine here at Waller Pond, you can go for a hike along the California Trail, and dry warm beds await you at AmericInn Jonesborough. The smiling people of Johnson City like to hang out close by, and Sand Valley is around here, and
is a great location.
This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel - Erwin is a good choice; there's whitewater on Nolichucky River for all you adrenaline people. Going for a hike
along the Patty Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Waller Pond has to offer, you can camp at Bigrock Campground.
