In Tennessee there are many beautiful lakes, Walker Pond is one of them. Walker Pond is right by the Patty Ridge Trail; nearby you find fine places like Sand Valley. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Clark Creek Trail; there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Nolichucky River. A pleasant nearby hotel is AmericInn Jonesborough, and this is a popular location for folks from Johnson City.

Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Walker Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Walker Pond.

nearby. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Nolichucky River; you can stay the night at Riverpark Campground. Walker Pond is a wet spot that gets a lot of rain; most of the rain falls through May, and the driest month of the year is October.
