This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Rose Of Sharon Campground while you're here at Shingle Lake; a wonderful nearby hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites Atoka. Lots of people from Blytheville come to Shingle Lake, and you're probably addicted to lakes, Goose Pond is       one of those close by. A good deal of rainfall falls at Shingle Lake; most of the rain falls through March, and October is when it's the driest. Knights of the Road RV Park is a wonderful local campground. For the period of the long summer days highs here at Shingle Lake get into the 90's while night lows are mostly in the 70's.
