Scott Lake is next to Deanburg Hills Dam which is a beautiful location absolutely worth checking out, and camping is available at Parkway Village Mobile Home. The Lakeshore Nature Trail offers hiking at its best, and dry warm beds await you at Jackson - Days Inn.       Here at Scott Lake there are plenty of people from Jackson, and camping at Chickasaw State Park is always a tremendous experience. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Scott Lake. There's good hiking along the Forked Pine Nature Trail, and good hiking is available along the Fern Loop Nature Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Deanburg Hills Lake, and College                  Inn Motel Henderson is a wonderful place to get some rest. Summertime highs at Scott Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
