    Go to Rucker Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. All through the summertime months at Rucker Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's while Rucker Lake night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's. Soar down the rapids of Cove Creek in a kayak, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Bunches Trace.

   Smoky Mountains National Park is a national park worth a visit, and if you need a spot to stay Big Bear Extended Stay & Suites is a great choice. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Rucker Lake is great! It's always nice to take a look at Caldwell Spring; swing by Caldwell Branch it's a fine place to have a look at. Not far from Rucker Lake you acquire some great water scenery at Rucker Dam, and if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close  
               by Sevierville.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Pigeon River - West Prong, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Ober Gatlinburg is quite near. Going for a hike along the Cove Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn & Suites Sevierville at Stadium Drive. All the outdoors amusing things near Rucker Lake will keep you coming back persistently. Douglas Lake is a great lake in the vicinity of Rucker Lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Laurel Falls Trail.
Rucker Lake is a wet site that gets a good deal of precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is September. This lake is so wonderful. Rucker Lake is a fine site to visit for more than one day, Knoxville East KOA is a fine site to camp nearby; if you would like a little side visit, try Rocky Gap. Kodak Koa Kampground is a good local campground, and close to Rucker Lake you discover a golf course called Lost Creek Golf Club.
