Panther Lake is a wet site that gets much rain; July is when you get the most rain here, and September on the other hand is the driest. Sugar Hollow Pond is a tremendous lake in close proximity to Panther Lake, and camping at Greenlee Campground & Marine is always a delightful experience. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Panther       Lake without first paying a visit to Panther Springs, and an afternoon playing golf at Millstone Golf Club is always a diversion. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Panther Lake while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Panther Lake overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's. Just can't get enough of Panther Lake. The view of gorgeous Murrell                  Hill near Panther Lake is fine, and Panther Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Greenlee Campground is a great local campground.
