A wonderful nearby hotel is Sportsman Suites, and there's some flowing water close by, Mud Slough is a stream you can have a look at while you're here. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Open Pond. Stay the night at Buffalo River Canoe and Camp. A perfect location to stop at near Open Pond is Buffalo Shoals; on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Mount Zion Trail.       It's always glorious to have a look at Blue Spring, and Clifton Motel & Efficiency Apartments is a good spot to get some rest. No need to travel far to go to out of the ordinary stuff like Clifton Bend; the Largo Trail is a delightful hiking trail nearby.
