This lake is located in the wonderful Cumberland Plateau Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Old Jamestown Reservoir is right by the Lake View Trail, and not far from Old Jamestown Reservoir you acquire some great water scenery at Old Jamestown Reservoir Dam. If you need a place to stay Jordan Motel is a good choice, and the Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. The warmest time of the year at Old Jamestown       Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is somewhat chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Old Jamestown Reservoir temperatures fall to the 20's. Just can't get enough of Old Jamestown Reservoir. Take a hike on the Lake Bluff Trail.
