A great nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Jefferson City, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Bunches Trace. May Springs Campground is a splendid campground nearby, and you'll stumble on a striking lake called Corbin Lake. Morgan Lake gets a good deal of water; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and September on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Sycamore       Spring will fill your soul with great feelings, and Bates Hollow is a good site to spend some time. Summer at Morgan Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Morgan Lake.
