Moores Lake is not far at all from Brownsville; Econo Lodge Brownsville is a good place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Moores Lake is pleasant fun, Joy-o RV Park is a pleasant local campground; not far from Moores Lake you'll find Bradford Lake which is a wonderful lake. Moores Lake is a rather wet place ordinarily with a good deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's       the one that rains the most, and August on the other hand is the driest. If you came for an overnight stay Joyners Campground is a tremendous location to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Brownsville-Days Inn. At Moores Lake during the summertime months highs are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's.
