You can run the rapids of Obey River - East Fork close to Monterey Lake; camping at Roam and Roost RV Campground is always a magnificent experience. Monterey Lake Dam Number Two is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and a round of golf at nearby Mountain Ridge Golf Club is a brilliant way to kill some time. All the water falling down from the sky makes Monterey Lake a wet location; March is when you get the most rain here while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
