If you came to camp Cedar Grove Marina and Campground is a good location to do that, and the Ridge Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Miracle Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Pennington 33 Bridge Marina is a great local campground; dry warm beds await you at Pine Mountain State Resort. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Cumberland       Plateau Mountains. Holiday Inn Express Middlesboro, Ky is a glorious place to get some rest; on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Bunches Trace. While you're here at Miracle Pond you will meet lots of folks from close by Middlesborough, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Ridge Trail. Miracle Pond is one of the lakes here in the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at                  Miracle Pond. Throughout the summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Miracle Pond, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Miracle Pond dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.
